Iordansky was a monumental and decorative artist, painter and graphic artist. He studied in the Higher College of Arts under A.V.Shevchenko and N.I. Shestakov (1922-1939). Member of the Association of Painters of Russia (1928-1931) and Russian Association of Proletarian Painters (1931). Participated in exhibitions since 1929. The Grand Prix laureate at the Paris World Fair of 1937. Author of paintings, dedicated to the history of revolution, monumental-decorative works for the entrance hall of the Dobryninskaya Metro Station and the lobby of the Ukraina Hotel.
