This Soviet poster was created in 1948 by artist N. Vatolina. The slogan reads: “Буду металлистом!” – “I will become a metalworker!”

The poster features a smiling young man in a factory training uniform, confidently looking at the viewer. Around him are smaller vignettes depicting scenes of industrial training: young men and women studying in class, working with machinery, and producing weapons for the defense industry.
